You can cancel one of your products/services by doing the following:
- Log in to the clientarea.
- Click the SERVICES dropdown and then My Services.
- Click the down arrow beside the service you wish to cancel and click Request Cancellation.
- Enter a reason for cancellation and choose whether you want it to be cancelled immediately or at the end of the billing period.
If you cancelled a service in error, please open a ticket ASAP so we can prevent it from being cancelled: https://clovux.net/billing/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=5
