Upgrading/Downgrading Products & Services

You can upgrade or downgrade the majority of services offered by Clovux directly through the billing panel. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the clientarea.
  2. Click the Services dropdown and then My Services.
  3. Click on the service you wish to upgrade/downgrade and click Upgrade/Downgrade from the Actions menu on the left.
  4. Choose the package you wish to upgrade/downgrade to, and then confirm the order. If you see an 'invoice already generated' error, you must pay that invoice first before you can upgrade/downgrade the service.
  5. You will be redirected to make payment (if upgrading).
