How To Set rDNS/PTR For Your VPS/Dedicated Server IP Addresses

rDNS/PTR records can be set for your VPS and dedicated server IP addresses through the clientarea by following the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Services > My Services and select the VPS/dedicated server you wish to modify the rDNS/PTR for.
  2. Click on the Manage IPs tab.
  3. Click on the reverse that you wish to change and input the new value.
  4. Hit Enter or the tick button to save.

Please note that rDNS/PTR records must resolve to the corresponding IP address.

If you wish to remove the rDNS/PTR record for an IP you can perform the same steps as above and input a blank value and save.
