rDNS/PTR records can be set for your VPS and dedicated server IP addresses through the clientarea by following the steps below:
- Navigate to Services > My Services and select the VPS/dedicated server you wish to modify the rDNS/PTR for.
- Click on the Manage IPs tab.
- Click on the reverse that you wish to change and input the new value.
- Hit Enter or the tick button to save.
Please note that rDNS/PTR records must resolve to the corresponding IP address.
If you wish to remove the rDNS/PTR record for an IP you can perform the same steps as above and input a blank value and save.
