You can cancel one of your products/services by doing the following:
- Log in to the clientarea.
- Click the SERVICES dropdown and then My Services.
- Click the down arrow beside the service you wish to cancel and click Request Cancellation.
- Enter a reason for cancellation and choose whether you want it to be cancelled immediately or at the end of the billing period.
- If you created a PayPal recurring subscription, you should also check this is cancelled: https://clovux.net/billing/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&id=4
