Adding Subusers To Your Server

This article relates to our legacy Multicraft Minecraft hosting.

Multicraft allows you to add subusers to your server and give them access to administrative functions like console and FTP file access.
Notice: We advise you to take extreme care when giving users this kind of access to your server in Multicraft, and to only do so for users who you fully trust.

You can add subusers to Multicraft by doing the following:
1. Have the user you want to add create a Multicraft account with us here: http://multicraft.clovux.net/index.php?r=site/register
2. On your own account, find your server in Multicraft and go to Advanced > Users
3. Type in the Multicraft username of the user you want to add.
4. Choose the level of FTP access you want to give them and then role Co-Owner for full access to the server.
5. The change will take effect immediately.

You can remove a subuser by doing the following:
1. Log into your own account, find your server and go to Advanced > Users
2. Type in the username of the user you want to remove.
3. Change FTP access to 'No Access' and Role to 'Unassigned'.
4. The change will take effect immediately.
